| 摘 要： | 目的对浓缩气管炎丸在镇咳、祛痰、平喘方面的药效学进行研究。方法应用小白鼠SO2喷雾引咳法、小白鼠支气管酚红排泄法、豚鼠乙酰胆碱-组胺引喘法,研究浓缩气管炎丸在镇咳、祛痰、平喘方面的药理作用。结果浓缩气管炎丸能延长SO2喷雾所致的小白鼠咳嗽潜伏期,抑制咳嗽次数;增加小白鼠气管内酚红排出量,有祛痰作用;延长乙酰胆碱-组胺引喘的豚鼠哮喘潜伏期,有平喘作用。结论浓缩气管炎丸有较强的镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用,比气管炎丸和止嗽立效丸有更明显的药效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of concentrated qiguanyan pill on cough-remedy, expectoration, asthma-smooth. Methods Sulphur dioxide gas sprayer eduction cough, bronchus pheonl red, aeetylcholine and phosphorus histamine were used. Results Concentrated qiguanyan pill could elongate the incubation period of cough that caused by sulphur dioxide gas and decrease the times of cough significantly;increase the secretion of phenolphthalein in trachea of rats;prolong the incubation period of cough which caused by acetylcholine-histamine in guinea pig. Conclusion Concentrated qiguanyan pill has significant effects on cough-remedy, expectoration, asthma-smooth. |
