| 摘 要： | 目的研究异氟醚吸入复合胸段硬膜外阻滞对腹部手术病人自主神经功能的影响。方法60例择期行腹部手术的患者,随机分为异氟醚组(I组)和异氟醚吸入复合胸段硬膜外阻滞组(Ⅱ组),评估麻醉前、麻醉后和切皮后的心率变异性。结果麻醉后两组患者的LF、LF/HF、TP显著降低,切皮后I组患者的LF、LF/HF、TP显著增加,而Ⅱ组变化不明显,两组间差异显著。结论异氟醚吸入复合胸段硬膜外阻滞能降低交感神经的活性、交感/迷走均衡性和自主神经的张力,亦能减少手术刺激对自主神经和心血管系统的影响。
