偶测血压与踝臂脉搏波速度的相关性研究

目的：探讨健康人群的血压与脉搏波速度（PWV）的相关性和意义。方法：对402名健康体检者,进行血压及PWV的测定,并根据PWV结果将受检者分为3组,PWV≤20%预测值组（n=301）,20%预测值〈PWV≤30%预测值组（n=67）,以及30%预测值〈PWV≤50%预测值组（n=34）,检测中未见PWV〉50%预测值。结果：3组人群的收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（BBP）彼此之间有明显不同（P〈0.05）,PWV随血压的升高而加快。结论：血压的增高与PWV密切相关,控制血压对减轻动脉硬化有重要的意义。

The Relationship between Blood Pressure and Brachial-Ankle Pulse Wave Velocity

Objective：To study the relationship between blood pressure and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity in healty people.Meathods： A total of 402 healthy people were enrolled from physical check-up.Blood pressure determination and baPWV was measured.According to the baPWV level,all subjects were classified into three groups,baPWV≤20% predictive value（n=301）,20% predictive valuebaPWV≤30% predictive value（n=67）,and 30% predictive valuebaPWV≤50% predictive value（n=34）.None was found in baPWV50% predictive value.Results： The systolic blood pressure（SBP） and the diastolic blood pressure（DBP） are different in different groups（P0.05）,the higher the blood pressure,the faster the baPWV.Conclusions： Blood pressure,which is closely associated with brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity,has important meaning of slowing down the development and progression of vascular stiffiness.
