| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声内镜（EUS）对胆囊腺肌增生症的诊断价值。方法：对10例胆囊腺肌增生症患者行EUS检查并与B超及手术后病理进行对照比较。结果：10例中，EUS诊断9例，B超诊断4例；8例行手术治疗，与手术后病理组织学比较，EUS诊断正确率为87．5％（7／8），B超为37．5％（3／8）。EUS诊断胆囊腺肌增生症的敏感性与准确性均高于B超。结论：EUS对胆囊腺肌增生症有较大的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)in the diagnosis of gallbladder adenomyomatosis.Methods:The results of EUS and B mode ultrasound in 10 cases of gallbladder adenomyomatosis were compared.Results:Among these cases,EUS diagnosed gallbladder adenomyomatosis in 9 cases,B mode ultrasound diagnosed in 4 cases.Eight operated patients were compared with the histological examination,and the diagnostic accuracy of EUS was 87 5%(7/8),while B mode ultrasound was 37 5%(3/8).The sensitivity and accuracy of EUS was higher than those of B mode ultrasound.Conclusions:EUS has significant value in the diagnosis of gallbladder adenomyomatosis. |
