加味丹参饮治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床观察

目的:探讨加味丹参饮联合西药在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)血液流变学的疗效。方法:60例符合纳入标准的AECOPD患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗基础上加服加味丹参饮。所有患者于治疗前及治疗两周后检测血液流变学,并比较2组临床症状总积分。结果:两组临床症状总积分均较治疗前有明显改善(P0.05),治疗组改善临床症状优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组能改善患者的血液流变学(P0.05)。结论:加味丹参饮联合西药改善AECOPD的血液流变学和临床症状优于单纯西药。

Clinical observation on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in AECOPD with the Jiawei Danshen Yin

Objective: To investigate the effects of the Jiawei Danshen Decoction plus western medicine in blood rheology of AECOPD.Methods:60 cases of patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups averagely.The control group was given conventional western medicine;the treated group was given Jiawei Danshen Yin on basis of the conventional western medicine.The blood rheology was observed before and after two weeks treatment,comparing the clinical symptoms total score of the two groups.Results:The clinical symptoms total scores of two groups had a significant improvement than before(P<0.05),the clinical symptoms of the treated group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),hemorheology of patients was improved in the treated group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of the Jiawei Danshen Yin plus western medicine was better than western medicine alone in improving hemrheology and clinical symptoms of AECOPD.
