自血穴位注射配合西药治疗寻常痤疮128例

目的观察辨证自血穴位注射疗法配合西药内服治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法采用自身静脉血辨证选穴进行穴位注射,配合口服西药:甲硝唑片、螺内酯片、维生素B6片,外用白色洗剂治疗寻常性痤疮128例,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治愈92例,占71.9%,显效32例,占25%,好转4例,占3.1%,无效者为零。其中治疗一个疗程者90例,治疗2个疗程者38例。总疗效100%。结论中西医结合的自血辨证穴位注射配合西药口服外用治疗,寻常痤疮疗效显著。

CLINICAL EFFECT OF DIALECTICAL POINT INJECTION FROM BLOOD WITH WESTERN MEDICINE IN TREATMENT 128 CASES OF VULGARIS ACNE

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of blood dialectical point injection with western medicine internal medicine therapy for the treatment of vulgaris acne.Methods The dialectical point to choose their own venous blood point injection,with oral western medicine: metronidazole piece,ann body shutong piece,vitamin B6 piece,external use white lotion treatment of 128 patients with an acne,two course observation curative effect.Results 92 cases were cured with 71.9%,produce effects 32 cases,accounting for 25%,improved 4 cases accounted for 3.1%,the invalid for zero.90 cases were in a treatment period,38 cases in two treatment periods.The total curative effect rate was 100%.Conclusion The blood of combination of Chinese tradiational and Western medicine dialectical point injection coordinated western medicine oral and external for treating vulgaris acne is distinct.
