| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同职业对男性不育患者精液质量的影响。方法将732例男性不育患者按照职业不同分为工人、商业、司机及职员4组,采用SQA-V全自动精子分析仪对不同从业者之间精子质量进行相关性分析。结果司机组的精子密度、活率及A级精子活力百分率与工人组、商业组和职员组相比有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,其他参数差异无统计学意义。结论司机职业可能对男性精液质量有不良影响。

| Abstract: | Objective: Explore the effect of different occupations for male infertility in patients with semen quality.Methods: 732 cases of male infertility patients will be divided into workers,commerce,drivers and staff of 4 teams and use of fully automated SQA-V sperm analyzer for analysis.Results: There are significantly different(P<0.05)which the rate of sperm density,motility rate and A-class sperm activity rate of driver group compare to worker group,commerce group and staff group.Other parameters have no significant difference.Conclusion: Male professional drivers may have an adverse impact on semen quality. |
