| 摘 要： | 目的研究心理干预对乳腺癌术后患者及其配偶生活质量的影响。方法将120例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各60例。试验组对患者及其配偶同时进行心理疏导,对照组只对患者一人进行心理疏导。分别于出院当天发放生活质量综合评定问卷评定生活质量。结果试验组患者及其配偶术后生活质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论针对乳腺癌术后家庭的心理特点,制定针对患者及其配偶的心理护理措施,有利于提高患者及其配偶的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective]To study the effect of psychological intervention on quality of life in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery and their spouses. Methods]120 patients undergoing breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,60 patients in each group.The patients and their spouses in the experimental group were treated by psychological counseling.In the control group,only patients received psychological counseling.The questionnaire of life quality assessment was conducted on the day of discharge. Results]The quality of life of patients and their spouses in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion]The psychological nursing measures based on the psychological characteristics of families undergoing breast cancer surgery can improve the quality of life of patients and their spouses. |
