| 摘 要： | 肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤是一种少见的肾脏良性肿瘤,国内文献报告该病术前诊断率极低,过去2年中我院共收治7例,1例术前误诊为腹膜后肿瘤,1例误诊为肠梗阻,1例误诊为肾癌。有4例术前明确了诊断。本文重点讨论了此病的诊断,指出该病在IVP、超声动脉造影及CT检查中均有有诊断意义的特殊影象表现,尤以CT检查更为敏感。

| Abstract: | Renal angiomyolipoma is a rare benign tumor. Altogether about 200 cases had been reported up to 1976 in the world literature.Review of the literature revealed that accurate preoperative diagnostic rate was very low. Seven cases of renal angiomyolipoma were admitted to our hospital in the past 2 years, with 1 case misdiagnosed preoperatively as retroperitoneal tumor, 1 case as intestinal obstruction and 1 case as renal carcinoma. Only 4 cass were accurately diagnosed preoperatively .The preoperative diagnosis is discussed in detail, and it is pointed out that the image changes of IVP, sonography,angio graphy and especially CT scanning can offer significant characteristic findings in the diagnosis. |
