血液透析灌流抢救92例重度有机磷中毒临床疗效研究

目的 探讨血液透析灌流(HDP)治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效。方法 184例重度有机磷中毒患者随机分为HDP组和对照组。HDP组在综合治疗的基础上,同时予以HDP治疗。通过观察阿托品用量、清醒时间、病死率、胆碱酯酶活力(ChE)4项指标来判断HDP的疗效。结果 HDP组病死率4.35％,明显低于对照组19.56％(P<0.01)。HDP组的阿托品用量及清醒时间均低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗7天后HDP组的ChE明显高于对照组(P

Therapeutic evaluation of hemodialysis combined with hemeper fusion in the patients with severe organophosphate poisoning

Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis combined with hemeper fusion(HDP) on the patients with severe organophosphate poisoning. Methods 184 patients with severe organophosphate poisoning were divided randomly into 2 groups. HDP was used in one group on the basis of general treatment while ratine therapy was adopted in the other group.The dosage of atropine, coma period,mortality and cholinesterase activity were used to evaluate the effect of HDP treatment. Results The mortality of the group treated with HDP was 4.35 %, lower significantly than that of the control, which was 19.56 percents (P < 0.01) .The dosage of atropine and the coma period of the HDP group were both less than those of the control ( P < 0.01). The cholinesterase activity of the HDP group was significantly increased as compared with that of the control after a week of treatment( P < 0.01). The fatal severe complications of the control were much more than that of the HDP group. Conclusion HDP is an effective method for the patients with severe organophosphate poisoning through its clearing organoposphate in vivo remarkably.
