| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨阴道液HCG与pH定性检测诊断胎膜早破的价值。方法:分析75例胎膜早破病例(观察组)和75例胎膜未破病例(对照组)的阴道液HCG及pH的检测结果。结果:两种检测方法灵敏度一致(P>0.05),而特异性、准确度以及阳性预测值有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:阴道液HCG检测特异性、准确度、阳性预测值优于pH检测,且该法同样具有简单、快速、无创伤、经济实用的优点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the value of vaginal fluid HCG and pH with qualitative detection in diagnose of premature rupture of membrane(PROM).Methods:To analyze the examination result of vaginal fluid HCG and pH between 75 cases of PROM and 75 cases non-PROM.Results:The sensitivity in method in two kinds of examinations was consistent(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in specificity,accuracy and positive predictive value(P<0.05).Conclusion:The specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value of vaginal fluid HCG examines are better than those of the pH examines,which has equally simple,fleetness,no harm,economic and practical advantage. |
