| 摘 要： | 心脏原位干细胞(CSCs)来源于心脏组织中,是一种未分化的细胞,其细胞膜上可同时表达干细胞相关抗原、c-kit、MDR1和Sca-1,基于不同CSCs自身抗原表达的不同,很多取自成体心脏组织的CSCs可以得到分离和扩增。CSCs能够分化成3种主要的心脏细胞前体,即心肌细胞,平滑肌细胞和上皮细胞,并且可重组为心肌组织,为使用干细胞疗法治疗心脏病提供了一个新的视角。

| Abstract: | Cardiac stem cells(CSCs)are from heart tissue,they are a kind of undifferentiated cells,Stem cell-associated antigen,c-kit,MDR1,and Sca-1 express on the membrane of CSCs.Many kinds of CSCs which were taken from adult heart tissue can be isolated and amplified because they express different self-antigen.CSCs can differentiate into three kinds of major heart cell precursors:myocardial cells,smooth muscle cells and epithelial cells,they can be reorganized into myocardial tissue.This provides a new perspective ... |
