| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨宫腔填塞纱布条治疗剖宫产术中出血的临床效果。方法：对2006年1月～2007年10月住院分娩产妇中因剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力、止血困难者，术中采用宫腔填塞纱布条止血15例进行分析。结果：15例患者中采用宫腔填塞均能很好地控制子宫出血，避免子宫切除，术后无不良后果。结论：宫腔填塞纱布条治疗剖宫产术中出血方便，起效快，可减少继续出血，避免子宫切除。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of packing gauze in uterine cavity on hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods:Analyzed data of 15 parturients with hemorrhage in cesarean section due to uterine inertia,treated by packing gauze in uterine cavity.Results:Hemorrhage in all cases were controlled,avoiding hysterectomy,and without adverse effect after surgery.Conclusion:Packing gauze in uterine cavity is convenient,and with immediate effect.It can reduce bleeding and avoid hysterectomy. |
