| 摘 要： | 目的观察中医辨证并配合西药治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性胃炎患者分为5个证型进行中医辨证治疗，并将各型与幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染的关系，各型间的疗效进行比较。结果慢性胃炎以脾虚肝胃不和型、脾胃气虚挟气滞型和脾胃湿热型3型最多，且与Hp感染关系最为密切。结论慢性浅表性胃炎及慢性胃炎的脾胃湿热和脾虚肝胃不和型疗效最好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine treatment by pattern identification combined with western medicine for chronic gastritis.Methods Totally 120 cases of chronic gastritis was divided into 5 patterns.Chinese medicine treatment was conducted by pattern identification.Infection condition of Hp and therapeutic effect were compared among different patterns.Results:Three patterns were common and closely related to Hp infection in chronic gastritis such as spleen deficiency liver-stomach disharmony,spleen-stomach qi deficiency with qi stagnation and spleen-stomach damp-heat.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of spleen-stomach damp-heat pattern and spleen deficiency liver-stomach disharmony pattern is best in chronic gastritis. |
