摘    要:目的和方法:作者用异羟基洋地黄毒苷配基-11-dUTP随机引物延伸法标记c-myccDNA为探针,用核酸原位分子杂交法检测了16例西安地区肾综合征出血热(HFRS)尸检肝组织内c-myc基因表达.结果:8例尸检肝组织中,c-myc有不同程度的表达,阳性检出率为50%.杂交阳性信号呈颗粒状主要出现在肝细胞胞浆内,在发病后6~8d死亡的病例肝组织c-myc基因表达强而弥漫,仅1例见于核内呈散在分布.结论:肝细胞中c-myc基因的表达可能主要系HFRS时肝脏抗损伤和肝细胞增殖的一种表现,另外还可能参与HFRS肝组织内常见的肝细胞凋零现象.

Abstract:Objective and Methods: c-myc oncogene expression in the livers of patients who died of hemor-rhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)was detected by in situ hybridization using c-myc cDNA probe pre-pared by random primed incorporatin of digoxigenin-11-dUTP with random primer method in this study. Re-sults:8 of 16 cases of livers displayed c-myc oncogene hybridization positive signals.The positive stainingwas localized in the cytoplasms of hepatocytes with positive cells in wide distribution in 5 cases of livers of pa-tients who died in oliguric and shock phases of the disease and over the nuclei with scattered distribution inone case of liver of the patient who died at 45 day after onset of HFRS. Conclusion: This findings could sug-gest that c-myc oncogene expression in HFRS livers might be a response of the tissue to the damage caused byviral infection, immune reaction and shock, and also be responsible for the proliferation as well as apoptosisobserved in the livers.
