蒺藜总皂苷对家兔高脂血症及主动脉内膜早期粥样硬化病变的影响

摘    要:目的观察蒺藜总皂苷对高脂血症家兔的血脂及主动脉内膜早期粥样硬化病变的影响,并探讨其对动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用。方法取50只健康雄性日本大耳白兔,随机取10只作为空白对照组,喂普通饲料,其余40只给予高脂饮食喂养4周后,再随机分为4组,每组10只:①模型组继续喂高脂饲料;②小剂量治疗组喂以高脂饲料和蒺藜总皂苷6.3mg/(kg·d);③大剂量治疗组10只,喂高脂饲料和蒺藜总皂苷12.6mg/(kg·d);④阳性药物对照组,喂以高脂饲料和辛伐他汀2.35mg/(kg·d),两周后测定血脂,光镜和电镜下观察主动脉内膜形态变化。结果给药两组血清总胆固醇和三酰甘油明显降低,与模型组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。形态学观察发现:模型组主动脉内膜出现典型粥样硬化病变,给药组主动脉内膜受损程度明显较轻。结论蒺藜总皂苷具有保护主动脉内膜,干预动脉粥样硬化的早期病变发生的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of gross saponins from tribulus terrestris(GSTT)on the hyperlipemia and early early atherosclerotic lesion of aortic intima in rabbits.Methods Fifty healthy male Japanese white rabbits were used in the experiment,and 10 of them were as normal control group,and they were fed with normal diet.Forty rabbits were fed with hypercholesterol diet for 4 weeks,and then randomly divided into four groups:Model gruop the low-dose GSTT group,high-dose GSTT group and simvasfatin group.After administered for 2 weeks, the blood liqid of rats was detected and the morphological change of aortic intima were observed by light and electron microscopes.Resluts GSTT could significantly decreased the levels of TG and TC(P<0.05),and it was significantly different as compared with that in the model group(P<0.01).The morphological observation showed that typical atherosclerotic lesions of aortic intima were appeared in the model group, while the degree of atherosclerotic lesions was obvious lighter in the group treated with GSTT than in the model group.Conclusion GSTT could protect aortic intima and interfere the occurrence of early atherosclerotic lesion.
