乙肝患者血清HBV外膜大蛋白与HBV DNA的关系

目的:通过对乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者血清乙型肝炎病毒外膜大蛋白(HBV-LP)和HBV DNA的检测,探讨二者在判断乙肝病情和HBV复制情况时的相关性及其在临床上的意义。方法:采用荧光定量PCR方法对238份乙肝患者血清的HBV DNA进行检测,采用酶联免疫吸附试验,对上述标本进行HBV-LP和HBV血清免疫学标志物(HBV-M)模式的检测。结果:HBV-LP检出率与HBV DNA的检出率差异有显著性(P<0.05),不同HBV-M模式的HBV DNA与HBV-LP的检出结果差异有显著性(P<0.05),HBV DNA拷贝数与HBV-LP的表达有相关性(r=0.677,P<0.001)。结论:血清中HBV-LP的含量与HBV DNA的拷贝数具有较好的相关性,但HBV-LP尚不能完全代替HBV DNA的检测来反映HBV复制情况。

Investigation of the relation between serum hepatitis B virus large protein and HBV DNA levels in patients with hepatitis B virus

Objective To investigate the relation between serum hepatitis B virus large protein(HBV-LP) and HBV DNA levels in patients with hepatitis B virus and approach the dependability between the parameters and their clinical significance. Methods Serum HBV DNA level was quantitatively detected using real-time polymerase chain reaction,HBV-LP and HBV markers expression were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 238 infected sera. Results There was significant difference between the levels of HBV DNA and HBV-LP (P < 0.05). The expressions of HBV DNA and HBV-LP were significantly different among various patterns of HBV serological markers (P < 0.05). HBV-LP expression was markedly correlated with the logarithm of HBV DNA level (r = 0.677,P < 0.001). Conclusion There is a prefect correlation between the copies of HBV DNA and the level of HBV-LP in serum,but HBV-LP expression still can not reflect the replication of HBV.
