| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨Rap1GAP蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达变化以及其与HPV感染之间的关系。方法]免疫组化方法检测20例宫颈癌与20例正常宫颈组织HPV感染和Rap1GAP蛋白表达情况。结果]HPV检出阳性率在正常宫颈组织和宫颈癌中分别为20%与75%,宫颈癌组明显高于正常宫颈组(P<0.05)。宫颈癌组的Rap1GAP蛋白表达阳性率为15%、弱阳性率为15%,二者均明显低于正常宫颈组(阳性率,55%和弱阳性率,45%)(P均<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中,HPV阳性组Rap1GAP蛋白缺失率为80%,明显高于HPV阴性组的缺失率40%(P<0.05),且二者之间呈正相关(r=0.553,P<0.05)。结论]宫颈癌组织Rap1GAP蛋白表达下调或缺失可能与HPV感染有关。
