十二指肠黏膜下囊肿的内镜诊断及切除

目的探讨十二指肠黏膜下囊肿的内镜诊断及治疗。方法对5例十二指肠黏膜下囊肿进行常规胃镜及超声内镜检查，并行囊肿穿刺或囊肿套扎电凝切除术。结果超声内镜检查及用超声穿刺针活检可确定囊肿的诊断。套扎后再行电凝切除术可将囊肿较完整地切除，无出血、穿孔等并发症发生。结论超声内镜检查结合超声穿刺针活检对十二指肠黏膜下囊肿诊断有重要意义，而套扎后再行电凝切除术是治疗十二指肠黏膜囊肿的安全有效的方法。

Endoscopic diagnosis and removal of cystic submucosal tumors in duodenum

Objective] To investigate the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of cystic submucosal tumors in the duodenum. Methods] Five cases of cystic submucosal tumors in the duodenum were diagnosed by the routine gastroscopy and edoscopic ultrasonography. After fine needle aspiration biopsy, the tumors were banded by ligation and removed by electroectomy. Results] Cystic submucosal tumors could be confirmed by edoscopic ultrasonography and fine needle aspiration biopsy. The tumors could be removed completely by electroectomy after band ligation. No complications such as bleeding and perforation occurred. Conclusions] The edoseopie ultrasonography combined with fine needle aspiration biopsy is of important value in the diagnosis of cystic submucosal tumors in the duodenum. Electroectomy after band ligation is a safe and effective therapy for the cystic submucosal tumors in the duodenum.
