狭叶落地梅化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的 研究狭叶落地梅Lysimachia paridiformis Franch.var.stenophylla Franch.的化学成分.方法 采用多种分离技术对狭叶落地梅乙醇提取物的氯仿层和水层部分进行分离和纯化,根据其理化常数和光谱数据进行结构鉴定.结果 从狭叶落地梅的全草中分离得到6个化合物,经鉴定为β-谷甾醇(I)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、Alternariol (Ⅲ)、2, 5-二羟基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅳ)、Alternariol monomethyl ether (V)、华中冬青素(Ⅵ).结论 化合物Ⅰ~Ⅴ均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of Lysimachia paridiformis Franch. Var. Stenophylla Franch. Methods Various chromatographic techniques were used to isolate the constituents from the chloroform and water fractions of Lysimachia paridiformis Franch.var. Stenophylla Franch., and their structures were identified by spectral and chemical methods.Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (I), Daucosterol (Ⅱ),, Alternariol(Ⅲ), Methyl-2,4-dihydroxybenzoate (Ⅳ), Alternariol monomethyl ether (V), Huazhongilexin (Ⅵ). Conclusion Compounds (Ⅰ) - (V) were obtained from this plant for the first time.
