1292人高血压病及代谢异常流行病学调查

目的了解长丰集团高血压患病率、治疗率、控制率及合并的代谢异常。方法对长丰集团35岁以上员工共1292人进行问卷调查,测血压、血糖、血脂、身高、体重。结果在35岁以上人群中高血压病的患病率为22.8%,其中男性为29.5%,女性为14.8%;高血压的知晓率、治疗率与控制率分别为39.8%、26.1%、8%,其中男、女性的知晓率分别为35.9%、48.9%;高血压患者中代谢异常比例显著地高于非高血压人群。结论应对企业员工积极开展高血压防治的健康教育及健康促进工作。

Epidemiological Investigation of Hypertension and Metabolic Disorder in Changfeng Group

Objective To understand the hypertention prevalence, treatment and control rates among the employees in changfeng Group. Methods A screening program was carried out in 1,292 employees 35 years or older; the blood pressure, blood sugar, blood lipid, body weight, stature and BMI were measured by physical examination. Results The prevalence rate of hypertension among the employees above 35-year-old was 22.8%, and 29.5% in males 14.8% in females. The rates of awareness, treatment and control of hypertension were 39.8%, 26.1%,and 8% respectively. The awareness rates were 35.9% in males and 48.9% in females. The metabolic disorder rate among the hypertensives was significantly higher than that of the non-hypertensives. Conclusion The health education and promotion about hypertension prevention and treatment among the coperation employees should be addressed.
