碳纤维桩核冠修复年轻恒牙冠折

摘    要:目的:探讨年轻恒牙冠折碳纤维桩核冠修复治疗的临床效果。方法:临床选择32例年轻恒牙冠折的患者共39颗患牙,先用Vitapex进行根尖诱导成形术,再对残冠残根进行碳纤维桩核冠修复,并进行定期临床检查。结果:碳纤维桩核修复系统39颗修复体1年后复查,成功率为95.1%。结论:对于年轻恒牙患者根尖诱导完成后进行碳纤维桩修复r可以满足临床要求,有一定的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical effect of carbon fiber post and resin cores for the restorations of immature permanent teeth crown fractures. Methods: Vitapex was used in apexification in 32 patients with fractured crowns, followed by carbon fiber posts and resin cores restorations. The patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year.Result: The success rate was 95.1% after 1 year restoration. Conclusion: Apexification followed by carbon fiber posts and resin cores restrations in the treatment of crown fractures of immature permanent teeth could meet the demands of practice, showing certain practical value.
