小学生感觉统合失调与各科学业成绩关系的探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨各项感觉统合失调与各科学业成绩的关系,以期为不同科目的差生提供相应感觉统合训练方面的指导。方法:采用“儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表”对合肥市某所小学933名智力正常的儿童进行感觉统合失调评定,由任课教师把学生语文、数学、英语等六门课成绩按照P20、P80界值分为优秀、中等和差等三个等级,对两方面进行调查分析。结果:感觉统合失调检出率为34.7%,男孩失调率为42.3%,明显高于女孩的28.8%P<0.0001);六门课程成绩差等生中总感觉统合失调率明显高于成绩优秀的学生(P<0.01),不同的课程差生中四顶感觉统合失调率不同。结论:不同方面的感觉统合失调可能是引发不同学生成绩差的主要因素,老年、家长应关注这些孩子相应方面的感觉统合训练,以帮助提高他们的学业成绩。

Abstract:Objective In order to discover the relationship between sensory integration dysfunction and subject records in different subject.Methods The sensory integration development was evaluated in 933 children aged from six to eleven with normal IQ in Hefei, Anhui Province by Child Integration Scale.By their teacher,children's subject records including Chinese,Mathematics,English,Drawing,Musics and Gym were divided into three grades:first rate,average and low grade.The data was analysised by EPI6.0 and SPSS statistics sofe ware.Results The rate of sensory integration dysfunction was found 34.7% in Hefei.Those who were boys had a higher frequence than girls(P<0.01).The low grade students in each subject had a higher dysfunction rate than average students,and the later had a higher rate than first rate students(P<0.01).The frequence of each item of sensory integration dysfunction change with different subject.Conclusions As to a child,the different item of sensory integration dysfunction probably induce to poor record in different subject accordingly.Teachers and parents should pay more attention to sensory integration trainning on those children.These may do good to improve their records.
