放疗与斯普林联合治疗中晚期食管癌近期疗效观察及其对免疫功能的影响

目的:观察放疗与斯普林联合治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法:80例中晚期食管癌患者随机分为观察组(放疗+斯普林)、单放组。观察组放疗开始即行斯普林10ml/d静脉点滴,连续应用4周。两组放疗方法、剂量相同。结果:全部患者随访2年以上,随访率98.8%。1)观察组与单放组有效率分别为67.5%和40.0%,P<0.05。2年生存率分别为47.5%和32.5%,P<0.05。2)观察组患者生活质量明显优于单放组(P<0.01)。3)观察组治疗后与治疗前比较CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值升高,CD8下降(P>0.05)。单放组治疗后与治疗前比较CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值显著下降,CD8升高(P<0.05)。观察组与单放组治疗后比较CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值明显升高,CD8明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:放疗与斯普林联合治疗中晚期食管癌近期疗效优于单纯放疗,并能提高患者生活质量,改善患者自身细胞免疫功能。

Recent Effect of Treating Patients with Advanced Esophageal Carcinoma Using Radiotherapy Combined with Sipulin and the Affection to Immunity

Objective:Study the resent treatment effect and affection to immunity in treat-ing patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma using sipulin combined with middle and late stage esophageal carcinoma.Methods:80patients was randomized into two groups,one was ob-serving group,(Sipulin plus ra diation),another was radiation group(radiation alone).The patients in ob serv ing group was given sipulin at the beginning of the treatment 10ml/d,intravenously drop which lasted for4weeks and reseived the same radiation methods and doses with radiation alone group.Results:1)the follow-up was more than two years and its rate was98.75%,2)the life quality was better in ob serving group than that in radiation alone group.the vality rate were67.5%and40%in observ ing and radiation group respectively,the difference was statistically sig-nificant between two groups(P<0.05).The two year sur vival rate was47.5%and32.5%respective-ly.The difference was sta tis tically significant .3)the results of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8were higher and CD8low er in observ ing group after the treatment compared with before the treatment.The results of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8decreased and CD8in creased remarkably in radiation group after the treatment compared with before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The result of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8in creased and CD8decreased in observing group com-pared with radia tion group after the treatment,the difference was statisticly significant.Conclusion:The treatment com bining sipuhin with radiation can improve the re cent effect in treating esophageal carcinoma and en hance the the im munity of the patients.
