安普贴薄膜在糖尿病足治疗护理中的疗效观察

目的：探讨安普贴薄膜在糖尿病足治疗护理中的应用价值。方法：选择18例糖尿病足患者,并将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组9例,观察组常规清创消毒后创面覆盖安普贴薄膜,根据情况给予换药1~2次/周;对照组用浸有雷弗奴尔溶液的纱条填塞于患处,进行伤口引流,治疗后对比疗效。结果：两组治疗7d后,观察组愈合6例,显效2例,好转1例,无效0例;对照组愈合4例,显效2例,好转2例,无效1例。治疗10d后,观察组3例显效与好转的患者全部愈合;对照组4例显效与好转的患者有3例愈合、1例仍需继续治疗,1例无效患者经治疗后好转。与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：安普贴薄膜应用于糖尿病足疗效好,能减轻患者痛苦,缩短创面愈合时间,减少护士工作量,减轻患者家庭经济负担。

Therapeutic observation on the algoplaque film in treatment of diabetic foot

Objective： To study the application of algoplaque film in the treatment of diabetic foot. Methods： 18 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group for 9 cases, observation group were sterilized by conventional wound debridement, covered algoplaque film dressing according to the situation for 1 to 2 times a week; control group were given leifunuer solution soaked gauze in the affected area, compared the effection after treatment. Results： Two groups were treated for 7 days, the observation group had 6 cases healing up, 2 cases markedly improved and 1 case had a little changed, no case ineffective; the control group healed in 4 cases, 2 cases markedly improved and 2 cases had little better than before, 1 case ineffective. At 10 days after treatment,the observation group,3 cases improved markedly and all the healing; control group, 4 effective and a little better cases had 3 cases improved healing,1 case still needed treatment,one case of invalid cases improved after treatment. The observation were significantly superior than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P0.05）. Conclusion： Algoplaque film applied to the treatment of diabetic foot has alleviate pain,can reduces in patients with wound healing time,reduces the workload of nurses,eases the financial burden on patients with family.
