食管癌两种吻合术式对呼吸功能的影响

目的探讨食管癌弓上切除、弓前及弓后吻合术式对呼吸功能的影响。方法对 116例食管癌弓上切除后分别弓前吻合及弓后吻合 ,比较两种术式对呼吸功能的影响。结果术前两组肺功能各项指标无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,术后 6个月、12个月VC %、FEV1%和MVV %弓前吻合明显低于弓后吻合 ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论食管癌弓上切除后尽可能弓后吻合 ,保全患者的呼吸功能。

The effect of esophageal cancer's two operatiens on respiration function

Objective To explore the effect on putionts erspiration function after esophageal cancer's beingcut and the anastomosis infront of and behind arch of aorta.Methods 116 patients with esophageal caner and the affliated sick tissues were cut out and anastomosis in front of and behind Arch of aorta were operated respectively. The effect of two operations on respiration function were compared. Results The data of lung function before operation are not significantly different. The vc%, FEV 1%, and MVV% of the sixth and the tweeth months after the operation of research group are significantly decreased compared with the operation of control group. Conclusion The operation of research group is protective to respiration function.
