摘    要:目的 了解巫山县燃煤污染型氟病区改灶降氟效果。方法 采用整群随机抽样法与对比动态观察法连续9年对巫山县建坪乡、坪南乡已改炉灶的地氟病区村进行炉灶使用情况与降氟效果监测。结果 建坪乡建坪村降氟炉灶使用合格率(简称合格率)高,儿童氟斑牙、尿、空气、粮食含氟量逐年下降或维持正常水平,效果显著,坪南乡也显示相似结果,而建坪乡柳坪村、巫峡村合格率波动大(24%-84%),其效果不稳定或不明显。结论 长期较高的炉灶使用合格率(80%以上)可控制或大大降低燃煤污染型地氟病的发生和流行。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of altering cooking stove in reducing flouride level in Wushan county.Methods By the Groups Random Sampling method and Comparison Dynamic Observation method,the utilization of the kitchen ranges and the effects of the fluoride reducing were continuously monitored in the endemic fluorsis areas of Jianping coutry and Pingnan country,Wushan county where the kitchen ranges were improved from 1991 to 1999.Results The qualified rate of the kitchen ranges reducing fluoride (the qualified rate for short,the same below) in Jianping village,Jianping coutry is high.The rate of the children's suffering mottledteeth and the content of fluoride in urine air,crops have been reduced or kept normal.The effects are marked,Pingnan country got the same result,but it is a great undulate state in Liuping village and Wuxia village,Jianping country(24%~84%).Conclusions The long-lasting higher qualified rates of the kitchen ranges (above 80%) can control or reduce the occurrence and epidemic of the Endemic Fluorsis.This article has also led to the correlative,tentative result.
