| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鸦胆子油抑制肝癌细胞生长的机制.方法: 人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721培养于含10%胎牛血清、100 U·ml-1青霉素、链霉素的RPMI1640 培养液中.以不同浓度的鸦胆子油乳加入培养液,作用一定的时间,进行MTT 比色实验,检测生长抑制率及分析细胞周期.结果: MTT比色法测定显示鸦胆子油抑制肝癌细胞的生长,随着浓度增加和作用时间的延长,抑制作用呈现逐渐增加的趋势.细胞周期分析提示:G0-G1期比例逐渐增加,而S期比例逐渐减少,1μg·ml-1组中各时间点及2μg·ml-1组中各时间点均有显著差异(P<0.01).G2-M期细胞比例减少,但差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05).结论: 鸦胆子油抑制体外培养的人肝癌细胞的增殖,机制可能是将肝癌细胞阻滞于G0-G1期.
