| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用颅内血肿微创穿刺粉碎清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法应用YL—1型一次性使用颅内血肿粉碎穿刺针配合血肿液化剂、血肿冲洗剂对经CT定位的颅内血肿进行早期治疗,并观察其疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.33%明显高于对照组的50.00%(P<0.05)。结论高血压脑出血的微创治疗安全简便,损伤轻微,不受场地限制且疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effects of micro-invasive puncture and evacuation on intracranial haematoma in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Sixty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated with micro-invasive puncture and evacuation.Early treatment was carried out based on CT localization.Results Compared with routine treatment,the mortality and disability of patients decreased significantly by micro-invasive puncture and evacuation for intracranial haematoma.Conclusion The micro-invasive puncture and evacuation for intracranial haematoma was safe and effective. |
