| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新亚果糖即1，6-二磷酸果糖治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的疗效及其对血气的影响。方法将中重度HIE患儿60例随机分为对照组和治疗组，各30例。对照组常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用新亚果糖250mg／（kg·d），7～10d为1疗程。观察患儿的神经症状，包括意识状态、肌张力、原始反射、血气分析、阴离子间隙（AG）的改变情况。结果2组患儿的恢复情况治疗组优于对照组，未发现该药的不良反应。结论新亚果糖治疗新生儿HIE是安全有效的，值得推广。

Influence of 1,6-FDP on Curative Effect and Blood Gas in Patients with Neonatal Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influence of 1,6-FDP on curative effect and blood gas in patients with neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy （HIE）. Methods Sixty case of HIE were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group received normal treatment, the other group received normal treatment and 1,6-FDP. Neurological symptoms of infants were observed,including consciousness, muscular tension, primitive reflexes, blood gas analysisand, anion gap （AG）. Results The recovery of the two groups differs and that of treating group is better than that of control group. We haven＇ t found adverse reaction. Conclusions This therapy in new-born infants is safe,effective and worth applying wideapreadly. |
