脑磁图对致癎灶定位的临床应用价值

目的：探讨脑磁图（MEG）对致痫灶定位的临床应用价值。方法：对临床诊断为癫痫的25例病人进行MEG检查，并与磁共振图（MRI）、脑电图（EEG）及术中脑皮层电图（EcoG）作比较。结果：25例接受MEG检查者中，22（88％）例可确定出致痫灶，其中18例（72％）得到EcoG证实，4例部位不相符。另外3例MEG未发现致痫灶者，深部电极EEG则在颞叶前内侧描记到痫样放电。MEG结果与EcoG对照，符合率为72％。结论：MEG对癫痫患者表浅皮层致痫灶定位具有重要的临床应用价值。

Clinical application value of magnetoencephalography in localizatin of epileptogenic foci

Objective: To explore the clinical application value of magnetoencephalography (MEG) in the localization of epileptogenic foci. Methods: MEG was done in twenty-five patients with epilepsy diagnosed clinically and the results were compared with MRI,EEG and intraoperative ECoG monitoring.Results: Epileptogenic foci were determined by MEG in 22 patients and 18 ones of them were comfirmed by ECoG,but not corresponding in 4 cases.No epileptogenic foci were found in 3 ones by MEG,whereas epileptiform discharges were detected on mesial temporal lobe by depth-electrode recording intraoperatively.The rate of correspondance with ECoG was 72% in localization of epileptogenic foci by MEG.Conclusion:MEG might be of important clinical application value in the localization of epileptogenic foci in superfacial cortex.
