| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨多层螺旋CT螺旋（MSCT）立体象素成像在腰腿痛诊断中的价值。方法]136例患者，分别行腰椎螺旋扫描和椎间盘轴层扫描，对数据处理，观察分析两者扫描的图像，比较诊断结果及其差异。结果]两者诊断准确率无明显差别，但前者发现椎间孔变窄和神经根受压的能力比后者强；在非椎间盘病变发现中，前者与后者发现病例数之比分别为，椎小关节病变63：52，椎弓根崩裂10：5．脊柱结核8：3．脊柱肿瘤12：6，两者比较存在显著差异。结论]MSCT立体象素成像，不仅能对椎间盘病变准确的诊断，而且还能发现常规轴层椎间盘扫描所遗漏的腰椎其他疾病。
