| 摘 要： | 目的介绍胃癌术前分期诊断常用检查方法的研究进展。方法收集近年来国内、外胃癌术前分期诊断常用检查方法的相关文献并进行分析。结果经腹超声、超声内镜、CT、MRI、PET及腹腔镜检查为胃癌术前分期诊断提供了客观依据,提高了胃癌术前分期诊断的准确性。结论各种检查技术的不断提高,有助于临床医生更好地判定胃癌术前分期,也有助于根据不同的分期实施不同的术式。
