| 摘 要： | 目的观察蜡疗对骨性关节炎的疗效，探讨蜡疗治疗骨性关节炎的作用机理。方法采用熔点为56C的医用白色无水石蜡，使用蜡垫外敷法，对80例骨性关节炎患者进行治疗。每次治疗30min，每日1次，10次为1疗程。观察治疗效果。结果80例中显效26例，有效49例，无效5例，总有效率93．8％。结论蜡疗对骨性关节炎有确切疗效，其疗法简单易行，值得在临床工作中进一步研究和推广。

| Abstract: | Purpose Observate the therapeutic effects to hypertrophic arthritis by wax therapy and inquire into its mechanism. Method 80 cases suffered from hypertrophic arthritis were treated by using medical white paraffin wax which melting point is 56 C and spreading method of wax pad. 30 minutes every time,once a day,10 days as a therapeutic course. Observate its therapeutic effects. Result In 80 cases,26 are effective obviously,49 are effective and 5 are of no effect. The total effective rate is 93. 8%. Conclusion Wax therapy has definite therapeutic effects to hypertrophic arthritis. It is simple and easy and it should be research deeply and popularize in clinic practice. |
