巴曲亭宫腔填纱联合欣母沛治疗剖宫产术中大出血的疗效观察

目的探讨注射用血凝酶（巴曲亭）宫腔填纱联合欣母沛治疗剖宫产术中大出血的临床疗效。方法 2008年1月~2012年12月于我院行剖宫产术发生大出血行宫腔填纱的患者共53例,A组（28例）使用注射用血凝酶宫腔填纱联合欣母沛;B组（25例）单行宫腔填纱,比较两组的产后出血的情况。结果 A组胎儿娩出后2h、24h出血量均明显少于B组（均P〈0.05）。结论注射用血凝酶宫腔填纱联合欣母沛是治疗剖宫产术中大出血的一种有效方法。

Effect of Uterine Cavity Gauze Packing with Hemocoagulase Atrox for Injection and Hemabate Joint Treatment on Massive Hemorrhage in Cesarean Section

Objective To explore the clinical effect of uterine cavity gauze packing with hemocoagulase atrox for injection and hemabate joint treatment on massive hemorrhage in cesarean section.Methods 80 massive hemorrhage in cesarean section patients in Huanghe Hospital（Jan.2008-Feb.2012）were divided into 2 groups：A group（28）and B group（25）.The A group were treated with uterine cavity gauze packing with hemocoagulase atrox for injection and hemabate.The B group were treated with uterine cavity gauze packing.The status of post partum hemorrhage was compared between the two groups.Results Bleeding of the A group was significantly less than that of the B group（P〈0.05,respectively）either 2 hours or 24 hours after treatment.Conclusions Uterine cavity gauze packing with hemocoagulase atrox for injection and hemabate joint treatment is an effective one for massive hemorrhage in cesarean section.
