| 摘 要： | 目的：调查灼口综合征（BMS）患者焦虑抑郁症状的发生情况。方法：收集就诊的BMS患者50例为实验组及因牙体牙髓病就诊的30例患者作为对照组，采用一般情况问卷和医院焦虑抑郁量表（HAD）进行调查，比较两组HAD的评分，分析BMS症状与焦虑抑郁的关系。结果：实验组HAD量表焦虑及抑郁因子得分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；BMS症状中烧灼样疼痛、El干、口苦、麻木、味觉异常和感觉异常与焦虑、抑郁症状的发生无相关性。结论：BMS患者有明显的焦虑抑郁倾向，BMS症状与焦虑抑郁的发生没有相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the burning mouth syndrome （BMS） in patients with anxiety and depression symptoms. Methods： Hospital anxiety and depression scale （HADS） and general questionnaire were used to evaluate the 50 patients with burning mouth syndrome. Results： 50 female patients with mean age of 52.38 years. The scores of HADS were significantly higher in BMS patients than those in the controls （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The depression and anxiety symptoms had no significant positive correlation with BMS symptoms, such as burning pain, dry, bitter taste, numbness, parageusia, par- esthesia. Conclusions： BMS mostly affect the peri-menopausal women. Patients with BMS show a trend of anxiety and depression. The BMS symptoms have no significant positive correlation with de- pression and anxiety. |
