ILK与VEGF在肝细胞癌中的表达及相互关系

目的研究整合素连接激酶（integrin-linked kinase,ILK）、血管内皮细胞生长因子（Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）在肝细胞癌中的表达,探讨它们之间的相互关系及与肝细胞癌病理分级的关系和临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测ILK、VEGF在55例肝细胞癌及20例正常肝细胞中的表达,分析它们的表达情况与肝细胞癌病理分级的关系以及各指标之间的相互关系。结果 ILK与VEGF在肝细胞癌中均表达,且表达率随着肝细胞癌病理分级的上升而呈上升趋势（P〈0.05）,两者之间存在明显的正相关性。结论 ILK与VEGF在肝细胞癌中均为高表达,在其发生发展中起重要作用,有望为肝细胞癌的靶向治疗提供新的途径。

Expression of ILK and VEGF in Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Their Relationship

Objective Study on the expression of integrin-linked kinase（integrin-linked kinase,ILK）,vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） expression in hepatocellular carcinoma,to explore the relationship between them and the relationship with pathological grading of hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of ILK,VEGF in 55 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and20 cases of normal liver cells,analysis of the relationship between them,the relationship between the expression of hepatocellular carcinoma with pathologic grade and each index.Results ILK and VEGF expression in hepatocellular carcinoma,ILK expression increased with hepatocellular carcinoma pathological classification and increased（P0.05）,obviously positive correlation exists between the and.Conclusion ILK and VEGF in hepatocellular carcinoma were highly expressed,plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma,is expected to provide a new way of targeting therapy.
