| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨22G、24G静脉留置针应用于肿瘤化疗患者时发生并发症的情况比较。方法:按所用静脉留置针型号分为22G组和24G组(每组1 000例),观察比较两组患者置管期间静脉炎、液体渗漏等并发症的发生情况。结果:应用24G静脉留置针组患者静脉炎、液体渗漏发生率明显低于22G组患者。结论:选用24G静脉留置针,可降低化疗药物对血管局部的损伤,能有效降低静脉炎、液体外渗的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the application of 24G and 22G venous indwelling needles in patients receiving chemotherapy for cancer,and the incidence of intubation complications.Methods: 2000 cancer cases receiving chemotherapy were divided into two groups,24G venous indwelling needle group(n=1000) and 22G group(n=1000).The occurrence of phlebitis and extravasation was compared between the two groups.Results: Incidence rate of complications such as phlebitis and extravasation in the 24G group were significantly lower than that in the 22G group.Conclusion: Using the 24G venous indwelling needle might reduce the injury of the blood vessel,and have a lower incidence of the complications such as phlebitis and extravasation. |
