大肠息肉切除术患者应用临床路径的效果观察

目的:探讨大肠息肉切除术患者实施临床路径的效果。方法:采用随机抽样的研究方法,将患者分成观察组和对照组,观察组(入径组)45例;对照组(非入径组)22例。对两组患者的平均住院日、平均住院费用及患者和家属的满意度进行比较。结果:观察组的平均住院时间缩短、平均住院医疗费用下降明显,患者及家属的满意度有较大幅度的提高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对大肠息肉切除术患者实施临床路径管理能改善医疗质量,更好地利用医疗资源。

Observing curative effect of clinical pathway on colorectal polyps resection patients

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical pathway on patients with colorectal polyps resection.Methods: 67 cases of colorectal polyps resection patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases of them in observation group,and the other 22 cases in control group.Average hospitalization days and charges,satisfaction of patients and their families were compared in 2 groups.Results: Average hospitalization time of the observation group was shortened,the average hospitalization expenses dropped obviously,satisfaction of patients and their family improved greatly,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Clinical path management of colonic polyp resection patients can improve the quality of health care and utilization of medical resources.
