| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经股动脉行全脑血管造影术穿刺部位血管并发症的护理观察。方法:对295例术后出现的并发症进行分析。结果:皮下淤斑10例,局部渗血5例,皮下血肿5例,假性动脉瘤1例。结论:对行全脑血管造影术的患者做好健康宣教,术后密切观察、及时处理,可以减少和避免严重并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the nursing observation on vascular complications of the puncture site after full cerebral digital subtraction angiography(DSA) via femoral artery.Method:295 patients with postoperative complications were analyzed.Results:10 cases were with sub dermal ecchymosis,5 cases with regional bleeding,5 cases with subcutaneous hematoma and 1 case with pseudoaneurysm.Conclusion:Serious complications can be reduced or even prevented by closer observation,timely treatment and efficient health education among patients after full cerebral DSA. |
