米非司酮在异位妊娠保守治疗中的应用

目的:了解米非司酮在异位妊娠保守治疗中的疗效。方法:将我院治疗的70例育龄妇女随机分成观察组和对照组,各35例。观察组患者在对照组常规治疗基础上加口服米非司酮,观察治疗前后两组患者血β-HCG值和包块大小的变化。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组,两组患者血β-HCG值和包块大小均较治疗前明显改善,观察组与对照组比较,观察组包块缩小更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮在异位妊娠保守治疗中疗效显著。

The application of mifepristone to the conservative treatment of ectopic gestation

Objective:To learn the effect of mifepristone on the conservative treatment of ectopic gestation.Methods:70 women of childbearing age received treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,patients in the observation group received additional orally taken mifepristone,then the value of blood β-HCG and the size change of the pelvic masses were observed in patients of both groups before and after the treatment.Results:The clinical effect of the observation group was more effective than that of the control group.The value of the blood β-HCG and the size of the pelvic masses of both groups were improved more remarkably than those before the treatment.Compared with the control group,the size change of the pelvic masses was even more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of mifepristone on the conservative treatment of ectopic gestation is remarkable.
