艾迪注射液对降低化疗毒副反应的临床观察

目的:观察艾迪注射液在恶性肿瘤化疗中的增效减毒作用。方法:89例确诊的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组。艾迪组(46例)于化疗的同时给予艾迪注射液静脉滴注,1次/d,连用7d;对照组(43例)单纯化疗。结果:与对照组对比,艾迪组的胃肠道副反应率、外周血白细胞、PLT降低程度小(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液辅助化疗具有提高化疗疗效、增强机体免疫功能、降低化疗药物毒副反应的作用。

Clinical observation of reducing chemotherapy side-effect by aidi injection

Objective: To observe the efficacy enhancing and toxicity reducing effect of aidi injection on chemotherapy in patients with malignant tumors.Methods: 89 malignant tumor patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(43 cases) and the control group(43 cases).In the therapeutic period of chemotherapy,patients in the treated group were given intravenous dripping of aidi injection once a day for 7 days as one course of treatment;while patients in the control group were given only conventional chemotherapy.Results: Compared with the control group,patients in the treatment group showed a low gastrointestinal side-effects rate,less decrease of peripheral WBC and platelet count(P<0.05).Conclusion: Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy is effective in improving the therapeutic efficacy,elevating the immune function of organism,and lowering the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs.
