更昔洛韦联合醒脑静治疗病毒性脑炎

目的:探讨更昔洛韦联合醒脑静治疗病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法:将62例病毒性脑炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组予综合治疗外,加更昔洛韦与醒脑静,对照组予综合治疗加阿昔洛韦。结果:治疗组在退热、抽搐控制、头痛呕吐消失、意识转清等方面的平均时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:更昔洛韦联合醒脑静治疗病毒性脑炎较单独用更昔洛韦疗效更好。

Treatment of viral encephalitis with ganciclovir combined with xingnaojing injection

Objective: To explore the clinical curative effect of ganciclovir combined with xingnaojing injection in treating viral encephalitis.Methods: 62 cases of viral encephalitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group were given comprehensive treatment combined with ganciclovir and xingnaojing injection,control group were given comprehensive treatment combined with acyclovir.Results: The average time in bringing down the fever,controlling convulsions,stopping headache and vomiting,recovering consciousness in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that of control group,the difference was significant in the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: The curative effects of ganciclovir combined with xingnaojing injection were better than ganciclovir alone on viral encephalitis.
