| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重症急性胰腺炎的治疗经验.方法 回顾性分析我院收治的63例重症急性胰腺炎患者的治疗情况.结果 治愈51例,治愈率为80.95%(51/63),其中非手术治愈率为84.62%(33/39),手术治愈率为75%(18/24).总死亡率为19.05%(12/63).结论 合理的非手术治疗,并把握好手术适应证和手术时机,是提高重症急性胰腺炎治愈率和降低死亡率的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the principles of treatment for severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Sixty-three cases of SAP admitted to our institution were reviewed retrospectively.Results The overall cure rate was 80.95%(51/63).Among them,39 cases underwent conservative treatment,with a cure rate of 84.62%(33/39),and 24 cases underwent operalive treatment,with a cure rate of 75%(18/24).The overall mortality was 19.05%(12/63).Conclusion To grasp reasonable conservative treatment,operation indication and timing is the key to increase curative ratio and decrease mortality of SAP. |
