床旁超声在肝移植术后早期并发症诊治中的价值

目的研究床旁超声在肝移植术后早期并发症诊治中的价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声连续系统检查了12例患者肝移植术后肝脏及胸腹腔,重点检测门静脉、肝动脉、肝静脉及下腔静脉,胆管、胸腹腔。结果肝移植术后超声检查发现的常见并发症有移植肝保存性损伤并流出道梗阻1例,肝淤血2例,胆道并发症3例,腹腔积液12例,胸腔积液12例,超声引导介入检查及治疗8例。结论床旁超声在肝移植术后早期并发症诊治中起到积极有效的作用。

Diagnostic Value of Bedside Ultrasound in Early Complication of Patients with Liver Transplantation

Objective To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of bedside ultrasound in postoperative early complications of orthotopic liver transplantation(OLT).Methods The liver,abdomen and thorax were systematically examined by bedside ultrasound for 12 OLT cases.Results It was found by bedside ultrasound that the common complications included 1 case of liver preservation injury complicated with outflow tract obstruction,2 cases of hepatic congestion,3 cases of bile duct complications (2 cases of stenosis and 1 case fistula) and 12 cases with abdominal and chest fluid.The interventional diagnosis or treatment guided by bedside ultrasound was given to 8 cases of all the 12 patients with OLT.Conclusions Bedside ultrasound examination plays an important role in diagnosis and treatment of early complication of the OLT.
