金毛狗脊氨基酸及无机元素含量测定

摘    要:目的:测定分析金毛狗脊氨基酸及无机元素含量。方法:采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定金毛狗脊中氨基酸的含量及其组成;采用原子吸收分光光度计测定了K,Na等15种无机元素含量。结果与结论:云南、广西、福建3个产地的金毛狗脊和炮制药材均含有16种氨基酸,氨基酸总含量分别为2.58%,2.08%,2.13%和2.66%。无机元素也比较丰富,大多数无机元素在不同产地之间的含量差异不大,所测15种元素中均以K的含量最高,其次是Mn.

Determination of Amino Acids and Abio-elements in Rhizoma Cibotii
Abstract:To determine the contents and analyze the ingredients of theamino acids and abio-elements in three Rhizoma Cibotii from Yunnan, Guangxi and Fujian provinces and its prepared Chinese medicine, the amino acid contents and ingredients were determined with amino acid analyzer, and the 15 abio-elements were determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed there were 16 amino acids in the Rhizoma Cibotii and their amino acid contents were 2.58%, 2.08%, 2.13% and 2.66% respectively. The Rhizoma Cibotii contained rich necessary abio-elements, and there was little difference in content between different sources. The highest content abio-element was kalium in the determined 15 abio-elements, manganese secondly.
