迷迭香酸生物合成方法的研究进展

摘    要:迷迭香酸(rosmarinic acid,RA)具有多种药理活性,现已广泛应用于化妆品、食品、制药等领域,但植物提取作为其主要生产方式已难以满足市场需求。通过对RA生物合成方法的研究进展进行综述,从RA的植物体内合成途径及关键酶调控,大肠杆菌、酿酒酵母等微生物系统重建RA合成途径两方面,探讨RA产量提升策略,并对工业生产RA的可行性进行展望,以期为RA的生物合成提供依据。

Abstract:Rosmarinic acid(RA),which shows various pharmacological activities,is widely used in cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical field. As the main production mode, plant extraction is difficult to meet the demand of market. This review reports the recent findings about biosynthesis of RA,and explores the promotion strategy of RA production,including synthesis pathway and key enzyme regulation of RA in plants,reconstruction of RA synthesis pathway in microbiological system such as Escherichia coli and Saccharomyces cerevisiae,and the feasibility of industrial production of RA is discussed,which may provide basis for RA biosynthesis.
