| 摘 要： | 从经络理论、针刺用穴、时间因素及天人相应、治神与得气、针刺禁忌5方面,论述《标幽赋》中所涉及的针灸理论。《标幽赋》有循环流注和根结两种经络理论;重视特定穴;重视时间因素,强调天人相应;注重手法,强调治神与得气;重视针刺禁忌。

| Abstract: | The theory of acupuncture and moxibustion involved in Biaoyou Fu is discussed from five aspects including theory of channels and collaterals,acupuncture acpoints,time factor and correspondence of human body and natural environment,treating spirit and arrival of qi,acupuncture contraindication. There are two kinds of theory of channels and collaterals in Biaoyou Fu,including theory of cycling and theory of root-branch. The specific acupoints are considered to be important. The time factor is emphasized as well as the correspondence of human body and natural environment. The manipulation is paid attention. The treating spirit and arrival of qi are emphasized as well as the acupuncture contraindication. |
