乳疾灵颗粒联合小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床观察

目的:观察乳疾灵颗粒联合小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取2016年6月至2017年5月在陕西中医药大学附属医院乳腺专科门诊就诊的660例乳腺增生患者作为研究对象,根据患者来院就诊时间的先后顺序,应用随机数字表法分为A、B、C共3组,每组220例,分别应用乳疾灵颗粒、小金胶囊、中成药合用方(小金胶囊联合乳疾灵颗粒)治疗3个疗程。观察3组患者乳房疼痛评分、乳腺结节肿块评分的变化情况,以及临床治疗总有效率,不良反应发生率等参数指标。结果:经3个疗程治疗后,A组(乳疾灵颗粒组)、B组(小金胶囊组)、C组(中成药合用方组)在乳房疼痛评分、乳腺结节肿块评分方面均有较好效果,各组治疗前与治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。且C组治疗后乳房疼痛评分显著低于A组(P0.05),C组治疗后乳腺结节肿块评分显著低于A组或B组(P0.05)。A、B、C 3组总有效率分别为74.5%、86.4、93.6%,C组总有效率明显高于A组或B组2组(P0.05)。A组6例患者出现月经不调,C组5例患者出现月经不调,余未见其他药物相关不良反应。结论:乳疾灵颗粒联合小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生的疗效确切,且安全性良好,值得临床推广运用。

Clinical Observation of Rujiling Granule Combined with Xiaojin Capsule in the Treatment of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia

To observe the clinical effects of Rujiling granule combined with Xiaojin capsule on mammary hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 660 cases of patients with mammary gland hyperplasia treated in our hospital breast surgery from June 2016 to May 2017 were divided into 3 groups used random number table method,with 220 cases in each group.They were treated with Rujiling granule,Xiaojin capsule,Rujiling granule combined with Xiaojin capsule respectively.And the treatment courses were 3 months in each group.The changes of breast pain score,breast nodule or mass score in the 3 groups were observed,as well as the total effective rate of clinical treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and other parameters.Results:After 3 courses of treatment,the score of breast pain and breast nodule mass in group A (Rujiling granule group),group B (Xiaojin capsule group),group C (group of Chinese patent medicine) after treatment were reduced significantly than before treatment (P<0.05).Moreover,the breast pain score in group C was significantly lower than that in group A (P<0.05),and the score of breast nodule mass in group C after treatment was significantly lower than that in group A or B (P<0.05).And the total effective rates of A,B and C in 3 groups were 74.5%,86.4 and 93.6%,respectively,that the total effective rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group A or B (P<0.05).6 cases in group A and 5 in group C had an irregular period of menstruation,while other drug related adverse reactions were not founded.Conclusion:Rujiling granule and Xiaojin capsule are all effective in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia.Furthermore,Xiaojin capsule combined with Rujiling granule seems to be more effective.They are all worth to be widely used in clinic.
