玉屏风颗粒对过敏性鼻炎患者通气功能及炎性反应的影响

目的:探讨玉屏风颗粒联合常规西药治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对患者通气功能及炎性反应的影响。方法:选取2016年5月至2018年3月新乡医学院第一附属医院诊治的过敏性鼻炎患者86例,按照治疗方法的不同将患者分为对照组(单独应用常规西药治疗)和观察组(常规西药治疗+玉屏风颗粒),每组43例。比较2组患者治疗效果、临床症状改善时间、治疗前后患者通气功能及炎性反应指标的变化。结果:观察组患者近期疗效总有效率为81.4%(35/43),对照组为74.4%(32/43),P0.05;观察组患者远期疗效总有效率为65.1%(28/43)高于对照组的41.9%(18/43),P0.05;观察组患者临床症状(鼻痒、鼻塞、流涕、喷嚏)改善时间明显短于对照组,P0.05;2组患者治疗前通气功能及炎性反应指标比较,差异无统计学意义,P0.05;治疗后,观察组患者最大呼气流速(PEF)明显高于对照组,PEF昼夜变异率明显低于对照组,P0.05;观察组患者治疗后炎性反应因子白细胞介素-12(IL-12)高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)均低于对照组,P0.05。结论:玉屏风颗粒联合常规西药治疗过敏性鼻炎可提高患者远期疗效,改善患者鼻塞、流涕等症状,有效改善患者通气功能及炎性反应因子,值得临床应用。

Effects of Yupingfeng Granule on Ventilatory Function and Inflammatory Response in Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

To explore the effects of Yupingfeng granule combined with conventional western medicine on allergic rhinitis and its influence on ventilatory function and inflammatory reaction. Methods:A total of 86 cases of allergic rhinitis in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from May 2016 to March 2018 were selected. According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into the control group (the conventional western medicine treatment) and the observation group (conventional western medicine + Yupingfeng granules), with 43 cases in each group. The therapeutic effect, improvement time of clinical symptoms, changes of ventilatory function and inflammatory response were compared between the 2 groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 81.4% (35/43), and the control group was 74.4% (32/43) (P>0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 65.1% (28/43), which was higher than 41.9% of the control group (18/43) (P<0.05), and the improvement time of the clinical symptoms (nasal itching, nasal plug, runny nose, sneezing) in the observation group was obvious, which was shorter than the control group (P<0.05). 2 groups of patients before the treatment of ventilation function and inflammatory response indexes were not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the maximum expiratory flow rate (PEF) in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. PEF day and night variation rate was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the inflammatory factor interleukins-12 (IL-1) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Tumor necrosis factor TNF-(E), immunoglobulin E (IgE) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Yupingfeng granules and conventional western medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can improve the long-term effect, improve the symptoms of nasal congestion and runny nose, and effectively improve the ventilation function and inflammatory factors of the patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
